When I attempt to rip a CD using the latest build (11.188), I get an error indicating something to the effect of "invalid piping of data from local device"  on about the third track.  Also, all ripped files show the same duration (always the duration of the current song selected in the "recently ripped" playlist.)

If it matters, I've had the problem with several homemade CD's, so there is no entry in YADB (so I cancel out of that process).

I tried tagging at least the album name, but that has no effect.
