Library upgrade

What does "Upgrading library" mean? I got this message when I changed libraries.

But then I had to do a library restore and it says "Restoring library before upgrade". Is that something to worry about?

I got that same message after installing version 60. Not sure if something happened in the database between 59 and 60 builds, unless it was:

Changed: Bumped the core database version so Library Server understands the difference between an v11.1 and v12.0 library.

i wonder if restoring to the "before upgrade" library  was a bad move.
