Preserving selection in views?
« on: September 14, 2006, 08:47:36 pm »

This may be a simple question which has already been covered but I could find it. I would like to preserve the selection I make in a view. e.g. I am in the Audio view and type something in the search box, select some genre, artist etc. This narrows down the tracks displayed. Now if I switch views, say to Playing Now, and come back to Audio, my selections are lost and I see the entire library. Is there a way to do this?

Use the back button and the selection, scrolling, search, etc. will be preserved.  This works much like a web browser.

The back button is at the top left of any view.  Also, Alt+Left, Backspace, or the mouse back button work nicely.
