Registration Problem
« on: September 18, 2006, 01:42:11 am »

My 30 day trial expired, I went through the purchase procedure but never received registration code or the link and therefore no email confirmation. I've sent emails to music@jriver.com asking to confirm whether or not my credit card has been debited, but so far no response. Is there anybody out there willing to help? I'd like to buy a license please!

Check your spam filters. I'm not showing a purchase for the e-mail you used to register for the forum, did you purchase using a different e-mail?

I don't have any filtering in place & I used the same email address.

After clicking the purchase button and waiting for the screen to refresh I think I was presented with the same screen again less the text fields but with the purchase button still there.

Your credit card has not been charged. Please try the purchase again.

Thanks,

Thank you gentlemen purchase successful.

Turns out I was probably being a bit of a thicky although looking back at the instructions I find them a bit misleading. Emphasis is put on only clicking the purchase button once, however unless I've got it wrong again, you have to click the purchase button a second time to complete the transaction after the screen refreshes. Is this correct?
