Getting error

Hi all,
I'm getting an error message on the statement below.  Any ideas why I am getting this error?

hs.launch "C:\WINDOWS\system32\MC11.exe", "/PlayReplace TREEPATH=Smartlists\Charts\Charts - Top 20 - 1970s"

Error:  9/26/2006 12:39:41 AM  - Error - Launching application: C:\WINDOWS\system32\MC11.exe->Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'Launch_26-Sep-2006 00:39:41.8125_C:\WINDOWS\system32\MC11.exe'  Key being added: 'Launch_26-Sep-2006 00:39:41.8125_C:\WINDOWS\system32\MC11.exe'
