GLISSANDO wont launch

My problem with MJ 8.0 ( First Time user) is that I can not get Glissando to work. I moved the Webremote.dll into the plug-in directors. It says Media Jukebox not found? Does anyone have any idead what I am doing wrong?

Well, you also have to follow the rest of Glissando's READ ME. You'll need to edit the glissando config file with the appropriate settings for your network & also start the web remote plug-in in Media Jukebox (don't forget to assign a port number).

Have you installed the web remote plug in (not just moved a DLL file)... If not get MJ and open the plug ins menu... Select the web remote plug in to install and you should see it DL and install...

Now close MJ...

Move the Int_WebRemote.DLL from the glissando distro into the /plug ins folder of MJ...

Open MJ and in the tree view select web remote and set the port high...

Edit the glissando.txt file (with notepad / edit / anything ) and set the port number and the IP of the machine you are using as the server (the one with MJ on it)... Also check the readme for the other options that this file gives you...

Start MJ...

Start Glissando...

Boyashaka... Pretty huh ??

Actually I left everything in the Glissando TXT alone and everything worked out fine. The only issue I have and its a big one is that MJ always crashes when I select another track or try to change Albums. This always happens with Mj or the Glissando Interface.

The error is WVCORe.DLL.

Any ideas?
