I am quite consistently getting Error#1-5-6 when skipping to the next song in a standard playlist.  In the log I see:

Running 12.0.130 now and still cannot view photos via Tivo server. Music works OK. When I try opening a photo I get a tivo error on tv screen and this on the MC tivo log:

Warning: Bad URL argument(container) Details=Basic
Bad Request: Unknown Command /TivoConnect??Command=FlushServer

Everything is unchanged from MC10 and photos worked well over Tivo then, so I am assuming this is a bug.

You're not alone...  I'm experiencing this exact same problem.  My TiVo displays "Error#0-65535" and the MC server shows the same warnings you have.

Well in the short term, this has been overcome by events.  I got a Tivo Series 3 (HDTV) for Christmas which at least in this version does not have the media sharing.  So for now I am not having this problem anymore!!!

I still have the old tivo in a bedroom and have upgraded the wireless cards (USB external devices), so maybe that will help too.

Tivo Series 3 works with audio and photos. It does not do multi room video or tivo to go, but the tivo server funtionality seems to work as well as it did on previous boxes. I have been using both the tivo server and MC12 with my series 3 box since October.

Hmmm.  Interesting.  What you described is actually what I expected, but I don't get any menu options for it.  Do you remember having to "do anything" to activate that music and photos?  Do you need a specific Tivo software version?  Maybe mine came with an older software load and is waiting for a software push from Tivo?

Any thoughts appreciated!


EDIT:   When I started Tivo the entry was there for Music and Photos.  Not sure what happened, maybe a download or my account getting activated.  Will continue to test MC and Tivo to see what happens.

I'll address this post to you, as it appears MC techs are not hearing it.
As I posted earlier, I've had the exact same experience with every version of MC12. I've tried everything I can think of....rebooting tivo, changing ports, changing settings in MC, moved some known non-corrupted jpegs to another directory for test, re-install MC12, ....etc.....with same result every time. Music plays fine...instant errors when trying to view pics.

I've been an MC user for many years, and in the past been an active beta tester and forum user here, but due to a recent move and isp change I guess, couldn't get my old screen name to work and re-registered under another name. I've always been impressed with the responsivness of the MC team...perhaps after the holidays pass and more urgent issues are resolved we will get some help.
