Charged twice for media player 12 beta

I just bought Media Center 12 on 2 Nov, I'm showing two charges for it on my credit card.  What's the process for refunding that second charge?

We'll fix it tomorrow.  We upgraded our server software and introduced a bug.  Sorry for the problem.  If you don't get any other news, please post here again in a couple of days.

I got an email that it was being corrected, but it's been a couple of weeks and still hasn't been credited to my account.
