Esmas MP3 Encoder 1.0 from JRiver, Inc.

I bought an 'Esmas MP3 Encoder 1.0' licence, but when I try to install it an error message appears. Message is:

'Invalid Licence, error code=14'

Anybody can help me please?.

Please try visiting the Esmas site and updating your player.

We will fix this for you somehow.  I'm sorry for the problem.

The esmas player does not have a full screen view. Is it possible to play the TV stream in the regular media center and enable the full screen view?

WHY I CANT SEE/USE  THE FULLSCREEN OR THEATHERMOUDOS WITH MY ESMASPLAYER. THERE COMES ONLY THE ICON OF ESMASPLAYER?
 
I DID ALL THIS BUT NO RESULT
Full Screen View
Full Screen View takes the full screen area. It displays small toolbars that can be set to auto-hide.

To switch to Full Screen View

1.   Select View > Full Screen View; or

2.   Press F11, which toggles between Standard, Full Screen and Theater Views.

Configure Full Screen options by going to Player > Playback Options > Playback Options > Display Settings.

Theater View
Theater View is a full screen mode especially designed for use with a remote control, and is especially good for use on a television set.

To open Theater View:

1.   Go to View > Theater View; or

2.   Press Ctrl + W or F11 to toggle between Standard, Full Screen, and Theater Views.

Salud Enrico,
The Esmas Player has Theater View disabled, but I believe it will be there again in a future version.  You could tell Esmas that you want it.

when I try to contact the support on the esmas TV Website, my mails are coming back. You might have an other contactadress then this one:

You could purchase MC11.1 or MC12, but I think you'll get what you need with the Esmas player in a few weeks.

The support address you have is for the livetv part, but there is a contactarnos link on the Start page of the player.  If that doesn't work, post here again.  I know they will be glad to help you.

JRiver is not working this week so you may not receive a reply quickly.
