I am new to Medaia Jukebox and thus far have only one "I can't do it"! When I try to convert from Wav or Medai formats to MP#, in the "change" window, mp3 does not appear.

You just need to download the MP3 encoder plug-in from our web page.

I keep on installing the MP3 encoder and it telles me it was installed sucessfully I still reverts to "uncompressed Wave" and I can never encode as desired

I get error 80040154...cannot creat encoder control

I go to options for encoding and it tells me the encoder (any of the encoders other then windows media) is not installed adn do I want to install it.  I do the "Package is sucessfully installed" I click OK and then I go to copy and I get the error message "Cannot creat plug-in "MP3 Encoder VBR" Error 80040154" then click  ok then "Cannot creat encoder controll"
