17. NEW: Theater View supports plugins.

Plug-ins for Theater View were introduced in 12.0.188.  (If you're not familiar with Theater View, try Ctrl-4.) 

Matt whipped up a couple of demonstration plug-ins for weather and RSS news to show what can be done.

Expect more and some docs soon.

We hope that other developers will use this new interface to build plug-ins.
