Sending playlists to my iPod

Hey Guys!

Sorry if i sound completely clueless with this question, but I'm new to using Media Centre with my iPod mini!

I'm trying to send playlists that I have created on Media Centre to my iPod, but I can't for the life of me work out how to do it! I've tried dragging the playlist name and dropping it in the iPod box to transfer it, but the songs end up on my iPod individually, rather than as a playlist. Does anyone have any tips for me??  :)
