It's part of the player in MC12.  No separate program.

No...you can't find it. It's included in the Web Media engine for downloading files. If you want a good manager use Firefox or "get right".

Another suggestion is Free Download Manager, which works with both IE and Firefox (Windows only).  As the lion used to say, it's grrrrrreeeeat!

Opera has one of the best download managers. It is included in the standard installation.

The "DownThemAll" plugin for Firefox is nice for downloading all linked hires images at once from thumbnail gallery pages.

Ove--

Don't forget that Download Manager is a separate app, and can be launched from its own desktop icon.  Although I love the new Web Media in MC 12, there is no drag-and-drop queueing functionality in it (yet).  So I keep Download Manager handy for bulk transport.

Thx again   :)

Opera & DownThem'All in Firefox are great, but I sure miss the aplication in MC'12. Got used to use it for music and video downloads.

I like that MC' is so flexible and can be used for most multimedia purposes, instead of explorer. It even shows many files hidden in explorer, and thats nice too.  ::)

Explorer can be made to show all files you've just got to look hard enough.
Tools->Folder Options->View-> Hidden Folders and Files-> Show Hidden Folders and Files
also
Tools->Folder Options->View-> Hide Operating System Files
