I have already received three emails saying "You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 11" but my PC is off so i suspect someelse is using my license key! Is there a way to find out the IP address where this was done from??

The IP address is 24.170.162.51.

Given the history (3 times in 2007, are you sure none of those are you), could it be a family member, or perhaps a friend who "borrowed" your key?

Whenever I've seen issues like this before, it has always turned out to be a family member or a forgotten restore. I only have the IP address for the latest restore, not earlier ones. It's a mindspring.com address, but you really can't tell much other than it's probably in the U.S. somewhere. (One of our IP addresses here in Minneapolis shows up as Ohio in geolocators).

You say you received 3 e-mails, were they all for the single restore yesterday?

You've own MC for a while now, did you ever share your key with anyone? A family member? Forward on the registration e-mail?

The restore pattern looks like a single or a couple of installations only - your key is not floating around the Internet.
