THANKS (kingsparta) but that did not help me i went to the restore page and enterd my e-mail address and got the message (E-mail could not be found) but i still have the statement from my bank and what look like a useless registration code. help... were is J. RIVER

It is possable you may have entered the wrong information\e-mail address i guess when you say you bought MJ.

Oh yeah - I forgot. In this case JRiver (in the person of one employee - me) was having dinner with friends.
