my Media Centre always expired?
« on: May 13, 2008, 05:59:00 pm »

For the last week, every day, when I restart my computer and then start Media Center I get a message telling me my 30 days are expired. I have a licence that I paid for. The first time I got the message, I just restored my licence and thought the problem was solved, but no, it does this each time, even after I restored 6 or 7 times.
What's wrong?

Make sure the license and the version match.  What version are you using?  Update if it's old.

If you run out of restores, let us know.

Double check your system date.

Changing system names can cause a problem.

The link on Purchase above has more details.
