Yesterday My Region Manager put Me On Medical Leave, And Suggested I Call Our Employee Assistance Program.

I Think They Are Going To Do Basically The Same Thing I Was Already Going To Do Anyway.

This Morning On Good Morning America They Had This New Song Play, It Is Nice, Check it Out On Performer Media Center.

This Is A Very Sexy Song Soul/R&B

Tonight's The Night

I Seen My Shrink Today Told Him My Following Plans (He Did not Lock me Up) I Was Wearing Clean Underwear, And Had My Overnight Bag.

I Am Self Medicating Today With 200Mg Of Topamax (I Read Study Done In 2004 It Helped With The Side Effects Of Alcohol Withdrawal).

I Told My Shrink I Can't Wait Till The 18th To See Dr. Jordon

I Am Thinking About Taking One Tablet Of APAP/Codeine (This Will Fill In the Gap, The Need For A Fix) What Is Recommended Is Valium (I  Don't Have Any Valium So I Must Improvise)

Also An Anastasia Is Also Recommended, And Lunesta Is Considered A Anastasia (I Have Plenty Of Them)

Maybe Take Them At 8pm

I Just Dumped All The Alcohol Down The Drain Left In The House.

I Am Still Alive

I Took 100 Mg Of Topamax This Morning, And My High Blood Pressure Meds, etc...

And Still Not Drinking

I Am Trying To Keep Busy

Been Working In The Yard This Morning Picking Rocks Out of The Yard The Dogs Carried Away From The Foundation Of The House.

I Signed up To Get Evaluated (10 Nov, 1pm) For Adult Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Group Sessions Like 3 Hours Per Day For Like Two Weeks.

My Boss Is A.W.O.L. He Went To Court Yesterday, And Had To Pay 11,000+ To His X-Wife Or Go To Jail, No One At The Branch Has Seen Him Since. I Think He Was Abducted By Aliens, Just A Guess.

I Stopped Taking The Topamax After Day 3 Since I Noticed My Craving For Alcohol Went Down.

My Wife Is Out Of Wine, And She Did Not Buy More.

She Did Get A Notice That Her Wine Club Is Shipping Her 3 Bottles In The Next Week Or So.

I See My Liver Dr. Tuesday At 3:30

Two Of The Four Puppies Eyes Are Open.

I Spent $200 In Brass Fittings Today (Part Of What JimH Calls It Looks To Be A Pipe Bomb Project).

She Is Better Than Me She Only Had One Or Two Small Glasses Where I Would Drink A Case.

I Have Been Dry For 7 Days It Is Getting Better For Me (Not Having The Need For A Drink)

Seen My Liver Dr, Getting My Blood Tests Done Tomorrow And Going Back In Two Months.
