Runtime error

just now when i opened mj
it says..

"Runtime Error!
Program:.../Media Jukebox 12.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more infomation."

after clicking "ok"
the program closes itself

what should i do to solve the problem?

Things you can try....

Reboot, reinstall (get the download from our site).

Remove any third party plug-ins, visualizations, etc.

i tried reboot but it doesnt work..

wanna ask if i reinstall will the songs i imported still there? n' the playlists?

If you uninstall, you can leave your library.  Songs and playlists will be there when you reinstall.
