Licensing error (103)

I just downloaded PMC and signed up for the trial version of the service, specifying the portable option.  I have attempted to download some tracks, but the status in the downloads window indicates "Licensing error (103).  How do I resolve this issue?

Try logging out and logging in again.  Try restarting.

It will be tomorrow before we can provide much help.  Sorry for the problem.  Thanks for trying it.

There is an odd bug where if the machine hasn't seen protected content before we have to restart the app before it will work.  It should be fine for you going forward.
