modifying buttons in obsidian skin

I would like to get rid of the "Save as Playlist" button in the obsidian skin when I'm in the "playing now" screen.  I keep accidentally hitting that button when using my 800x600 touchscreen that I have mounted in my HTPC case, and it's getting annoying.  I couldn't find a reference for the various buttons in Obsidian.  Any idea how to do that?  Also, any way to mod the skin so the scroll bars are a little thicker?
