Hi there,

Each time I start MC13 a messagebox pops up after a short while saying that an error is detected and it wants to shut down.
It has not always done that. It is a problem that has started recently.

I have tried to uninstall MC13, reset my pc and the reinstall it again, but I still get the problem.

Do any body know how to fix it?

Try reinstalling your license.

If the crash continues, try using Help > Logging to capture a crash.  The log should contain "crash" in it.

If you have a log, post the last few hundred lines here.
