Hello,
I have noticed that when I am playing a movie and move the mouse to say pause the movie starts to stutter.
This does not happen on my other machine.
Any ideas??

I've never heard of that.
You might try upgrading video drivers.
You could also switch the renderer Media Center is using for video playback of that type. Explore Options > Playback > Directshow playback settings...
