Restore Shell Extension menu

Hi there, just had Media Jukebox 12 installed parallel with MC12 for a while and so it placed its entry in the right-click menu in Windows Explorer (the cascading one). After uninstalling MJ they are gone. How can I get the cascading menu of MC12 back?
