Meta Datas / keywords

Hello everybody,

I already read some threads with this subject, but I am still not sure what this all means. That is why I make a new topic. Sorry for this.

Well, I am tagging my photos with keywords etc. in JR MC. To be on the save side for the future I would like know, if it is possible to store all these information in the IPTC and / or XMP "format". As far as I understood so far, JR MC can read the IPTC and XMP tags, but is it also to export the keywords to IPTC/XMP?

MC13.  Some of it applies to MC12, too.
