activation code

Jim, I have bought MC 13 twice now, and credit card billed twice.  But no activation code has been sent.  I have requested numerous times with new and old addresses no go.

I have been a loyal user since MC 9 and never had any problems.  Whats Up?

Rover claims it sent you the email (I checked the logs, the delivery is in there more than once).

Perhaps the email is in your "spam folder". Please check. If it's in there you can click "not spam" to prevent future rover messages from showing up there.
