How to change my registered email address

Hello, I'd like to change my email address registered to J River. Tell me how to change the email address to which the installation key is sent. Thanks

Use the "Purchase" link above to find the Restore Page.  There you can change your own address.

If you can't do it, please post again.

Thank you for your immediate reply.

I tried the "Purchase" link and found the page for changing email address.
The page contains "Password" field, but I forgat the password (or it was not provided).
Leaving the field blank and entering the registration code into the field did not work.

If any other advices, let me know.
