Customize View - moving columns is creepingly slow

something has changed in 'customize view' since I last used it

moving columns up and down is unresponsive and creepingly slow

I suppose there is some kind of problem there

If you refer to the Customizing a View Scheme, and attempting to adjust the display order then yes it is slow.

It seems that since it was changed from the old style "click the up or down arrow" to a "drag-and-drop" style it has been slower to respond for me.
