I sent the FCC a letter this week:

Dear Ms. Milkman,
As CEO of a software developer of media products that work with Apple's iPod, I would like to comment on the current investigation of Apple's rejection of the Google application.
I believe that Apple systematically works to exclude third party developers of products it believes are competitive. For example, with the most recent products, the Touch and the iPhone, the database is encrypted so it is difficult or impossible to gain access to it for the purpose of updating the media on the device. This has caused my company serious financial harm.
With an approximate 70% share of the media player market, I believe Apple should be regarded as a monopoly and should be required to provide reasonable access to vendors providing the products that Apple's customers wish to use.
Regards,
Jim Hillegass
CEO
