Hello,

for a long time I have been using MC12 for ripping my music the way I would like. Music is stored on a Lacie Internet space drive and can than be streamed to a ps3. Folders with the artist, album and tracks were correctly displayed.
However since a while (don't know for how long) only the first song is displayed but even that is not displayed correctly (artist and title are unknown) and the song is incomplete! The rest of the album doesn't show at all. Strange thing is when I rip the cd with iTunes everything works out fine.
Any ideas how the use MC12 again for the ripping?

What format do you rip to?

I tried standard mp3, cbr and vbr, lame cbr and vbr. High and normal settings.

I also tried the external Lame encoder, however this one doesn't seem to do anything, a dosbox does pop up for 0.25 seconds and then disapppears. I also can't find the .inf file in the lame directory. I never had any problems with this. I'm using Vista btw.

I posted this problem also on the Lacie forum, without any luck, still no tips. Should MC 14 solve the prlem do you think?

There is a change coming in MC14 that may fix this.  It should be on the MC14 board this week.
