how to use ac3 filter with

Hi Every body  :)
I have sub and 5 speakers connected to my PC and when showing a movie or playing MP3, i hear sound from the two front speackers only. but when i play the same movie and mp3 i hear very great sound

so could somebody tell me how to use AC3 filter with J.river Media center

as i said befor i have 5.1 sound system with power full sub when i open mp3 or video file with jet audio i hear very great sound and all 5 speakers + the sub work fine and on the other side when i play the same video and mp3 with media center only the two front speakers work with low quality sound and the other + the sub doesn't work,all what i want reach with sound quality of media center to be as jetaudio

Please describe your hardware.  Are you feeding digital sound to a receiver and letting it decode?
