I repeatedly see the context menu for MC when it is minimized.  It may be difficult to reproduce on machines but it is something I see consistently through daily use.  If I close a lot of windows, MC will popup this context menu upper-left of my screen which leads me to believe MC thinks it is not quite minimized or something else is going on.  I can't quite describe it much better than that but perhaps others will help if they've seen it.

I'll monitor each time I see it and try to reproduce the steps that lead me to see it.  I saw it moments ago but can't get it to show up again.  I think the menu is the context menu from right-clicking the title bar of a window--try doing so in Firefox.  MC has the customize toolbar menu for this.
