I seem to be having some DLNA issues with my library.  I was able to connect via the JRiver access key from work (on my Win 7 laptop).  I was connecting to my XP machine at home.

For some reason it stopped working today.  I get this error on the client computer:

Quote
The access key '*******' is not valid.  Please double-check that the server has been started properly and that you have entered the access key correctly.

And this on the server:

Quote
Library Server could not be registered with JRiver.

Please configure your firewall and router to allow incoming traffic on port 52198.

Now I'm at home and have both machines on the same network (though the connection problems started when I was at work).  I can connect to the library via "Search for Library Servers".  But not with the DLNA access key.

I checked the router and firewall and I'm pretty sure they're not the problem.

Any ideas?

We made a change yesterday that would make old access keys obsolete.  Please try the latest build.

In my case it was simply using the correct port, 52199.  I had mine set for 80 and that doesn't work any longer

I'm already using the latest build (15.0.23) on both machines.  Is there a way to reset or get a new access key?

The new access key server got reconfigured, so the key system no longer work with existing builds.

We'll release a new build of v15 in a few days that works with access keys again.  Sorry for the hassle.
