Configure the time where video thumbs are created from

I would like to have this feature because when I have a collection of series I always see the same thumb ... I would prefer to set this time to e.g. 500 thus having different thumbs for each episode ...

Tools > Options... > Tree & View > Thumbnails > Capture video thumbnails at x seconds
