No transfer-insufficient rights

I've never had this problem before. I had to buy a new Sansa "Clip" today because the lawnmower ate my other one. When I went to load a playlist I got the popup that said 10 of the mp3 tracks I was attempting to load "could not be tranferred because of insufficient rights"
I don't get it. All my tracks are mp3's that I have ripped from CDs or vinyl and they were on the Sansa player that the lawnmower ate.

The only diff is the new player came with a CD (which I didn't use) that "hooks" you up with Rhapsody. Could that have anything to do with it?
