Constant failure

I'm having to continue re-execute the latest version to get MC15 to work.  If I log out and try
to log back in I get the following error:

Failed to load JRTool.dll

I've even tried going back a version and just lately I keep getting this error

This is not a common problem.

I would uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. 

Make sure you download from JRiver.
