Can't eliminate 2 sec gap when burning!?

When I try to switch off the insertion of 2 sec gaps between tracks for burning, the box is ticked and greyed out, so I can't untick it and switch this feature off!

Do you know why this is happening and how I can switch it off?

Turn off the Generic driver checkbox (same screen)...if you can.
