Just bought and installed - not working!

I just downloaded ver. 15.0.174, paid for it, registered it. Now, when I start the program, it says that the program did not shut down correctly. There doesn't seem to be any email address where I can direct my complaints except posting on this board. Unacceptable. I want my money back.

You've come to the right place to complain, but maybe you have IE9 RC installed?  If so, update IE.

If not, try rebooting.

Well the MC has a wonderful 30-day trial period to make sure this kind of problems are resolved before purchase.
