Connecting from portable install - where's "Load Library"?

Recently updated to 16.063 and also did a portable install. What happened to File > Library > Load Library? How do I connect the portable client to the library on my server? Thanks in advance (as always).

Edit: Ok, I see that this is now under "Add Library".

Next question: I am behind a company firewall trying to connect a portable install to my home server. I cannot load the library either by entering my IP or my library code. Has anyone had success in this situation? Is there a way to use secure https to connect?
