A big train tunnel.  $14.4 Billion, 57 km long, 800 m deep, opens in 2017.

I Seen A Show On This Tunnel On The Discovery Channel A Year Or Two Ago On "Megabuilders"

We enjoy the show too, as well as the similar "Extreme Engineering" (which also had an episode on this tunnel).
