Enqueue or Add to playing now ?

Where is this function? How do I enqueue music?

Right Click on a file and choose "Add to Playing Now".

You can also configure Behavior under Tools/Options/General.

Hmmm I figured as much and I believe I 'had' that menu option

But no longer do?

I tried re-installing to no avail :(

Select from within MJ.  You can do it from Explorer if shell integration is turned on, but it may not be available in MJ.

You got it, shell integration was turned off, not sure why but it's back on now and I'm back up and running
