Missing the option 'save current image as cover art'

Please, somebody can help me? When navigating with the embedded browser in MC16 (Chromium in my case) and if you are e.g. in google images and find an image you want to download I missed the option 'save current image as covert art' (you also have other options such as 'download to you PC', etc.). Now when I click it just open the image but I can not download or use as covert art. I don't know whether I checked the option 'Use this option from now on'. I am writting the dialogues as I remember, sorry.

Changes to the Google Images site have made it so we're not currently able to catch image clicks.

We're looking into a fix.

Coming in 16.0.138 (and later):
Fixed: Updated handler for Google Images so that setting cover art, downloading images, etc. works with the latest Google Images page format.

It may only work with the English version of Google Images.

Are you using English or a different language at Google?

It's not working for me either.  I'm in Canada.  Don't know if the .ca could affect anything....
