Playing .iso's
« on: November 15, 2011, 03:42:51 pm »

Not sure why this is so difficult for me to understand, but it is.  I have a large library of .iso's and am trying to play in j River 17.  Prior to j River I was using mymovies, so each .iso is in its own folder along with folder.jpg, <filename>.dvdid (an xml file), and a few mymovies-specific files.  When I import (via shell integration of j River), I get iso's in documents and dvdid's (.dvd?) in video.  I can start iso's from documents by double-clicking (via virtualclonedrive).  However, each iso just appears with the virtualclonedrive icon.  The .dvd files are very nice looking, showing lotsa stuff about the movie and cover art, but double-clicking these gives error "something went wrong with playback", "failed to open or parse file. (hr-0x80004005)".  How do I get .dvd files associated with iso's in such a way that dbl-clicking them will start the movie?
