MC 17.046 no longer using correct aspect ratio

After updating to 46 MC is no longer displaying my recorded TV (jtv) files in the correct aspect ratio - they all appear in 4:3 until I manually select the correct ratio. This was all working perfectly for me in 17.0.38

Recorded TV is PAL

This seems to happen consistently with RO STD, but with RO HQ the ratio seems to be detected and displayed correctly
