I need help I have a HP media Center Remote I cannot use the play stop, forw ,rew or pause functions. the vol. does not work the only thing that works is the green button the windows media center button and if I use the center button the one with up down & left, right and ok I can use Windows media Center but still with no volume or any other functions I would like to either get a fix or if this is not available how I go about getting a replacement as this remote is only a couple of months old
