Can Not Open/Download

Hi and HELP,

  I download the software and it extracts. But then I get an error message and it reads... Install Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.

  I am then dead in the water, is there any fix to this problem so I can download the program?

Did you download from our site?

If so, then it is probably a "security" program on your PC that is causing problems.  Try installing on another PC, just as a test.

Without trying to download to another computer, how can I fix the problem on the one I am using? Have you ever encountered this install launcher problem?

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you tried "Run as Administrator"?
