The other day I was recording Psych and it had about 5 minutes to go before it was done recording. I decided to play it and make sure it recorded since it was my first recording on that HVR analog channel. The first time I played it I don't remember what it did but I ended up stopping playback. I tried about 3 more times but it would never fast forward so i just left it till it was done. That really didn't bother me since we weren't going to watch it right then anyways. What I did notice was that at the end of the recording it showed the channel being sent to the STB for every time I stopped and started playback during the recording. So while the show is recording and I tried to watch it during the recording it sent channel 105 to the STB. I think the problem was I was playing it from the EPG instead of the "Shows" menu.
I hope I was clear enough about what happened. Looks like it's just a little glitch but probably needs fixing
