Can't get 'upgrade' price for MC17

Got your email about the rock bottom $18+ ands decided to take advantage of it.

Installed my licensed copy of MC10, restored the license successfully, downloaded MC17, installed it, but when I attempt to buy it only gives my the full $44+ price, with no upgrade option.

What am I doing wrong?
