Windows 8 - improved sound quality ?

im seeing comments that windows 8 bit streaming is much improved and the sound quality is noticeably better. Can anyone here confirm this or have any early experience with Windows 8.

its being talked about at the link below - im considering upgrading to windows 8 straightaway if thats the case

From what i know, Win8 will only make a difference to lesser applications than MC. MC already had bitperfect options like WASAPI, ASIO, kernel streaming etc. Windows is now catching up.
