possible to have media in multiple media subtypes?

is it possible to have some videos tagged as movie, and also music video?

No, but you can make a particle by right clicking the movie and selecting Stacks > Advanced > Create Particle. This creates a virtual duplicate and you can then tag this duplicate as a music video.

You could give all movies that you also consider to be music videos a genre of music and then use this genre in views. This way it will show up in the movie views and also views set to show the genre of music.

that worked great thanks:)

can this be done with tv shows as well? i gave it a try but create particle is greyed out. there are a few tv shows, i wouldnt mind being in movies as well.
