Do Images count as media ?

Media Jukebox is great but can it be used for JPEGs ??

I am really taken with it as a tool for MP3s but I'd like to use it to catalogue my digital photos - are there any moves to accomodating images as a media type that is supported.

We've discussed making a program to do this, but haven't reached a conclusion about it.

"Media" typically includes images... heck, if it playes movies, aren't movies just a sequence of images?

Hmmm.  I can see it now.  A "Slide-Show" could consist of a Playlist (of tunes) and Viewlist of images.  Then you'd have people clamoring for cross disolves, wipes, and other fancy stuff.

Doh!  You just gave me a MentalGeekWoody(TM)  Until you mentioned that I was ambivalent about the rest of "media" in my MJ, but now...
